Shipping policy

Delivery availability, fees, and available delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient phone number, and any necessary gate, building, apartment, or access information.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific time is confirmed by us in writing. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location at the delivery address when appropriate.

A delivery photo or courier confirmation is considered proof of delivery. We are not responsible for orders affected by an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, inaccessible location, or deterioration after completed delivery.

If redelivery is possible, an additional delivery fee may apply.
