Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom floral arrangements, MONAMI FLORA LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after an order has been confirmed, prepared, or delivered, except as required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be reviewed.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at our sole discretion, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper flower care, lack of water, heat, cold, direct sunlight, or flowers left unattended after completed delivery.

Cancellations and changes are not permitted once preparation has begun. Same-day and custom orders are final once confirmed.
